I’ve been making overnight oats for years. They’re healthy and full of fiber (10 grams!) which will keep you full for hours. This apple pie version is not just healthy, it’s also delicious! Have this for breakfast or as a healthy snack or dessert. You can double the recipe to make four for meal prep.
