WOD (5 Rounds for weight)

30 sec on/off- 5x

1 round =

30 sec Handstand hold, 1 Strict HSPU every 10 sec

30 sec rest

30 sec Plate pinch hold, pick load

30 sec rest

HSPU variations:

-knees on box

-pike on box

-kick-up to wall, strict

-wall facing, strict

-freestanding

use an abmat (1 max) to reduce range of motion if in-between levels
post plate weight as score, and record HSPU variation in the notes
