Front & Back Lever Practice (Checkmark)

Front Lever:

A gymnastics hold performed with your body facing up, hanging from rings or a bar. Keep your body straight and parallel to the ground by engaging your core, lats, and glutes.

Back Lever:

A hold performed with your body facing down, hanging from rings or a bar. Lower slowly from an inverted hang until your body is parallel to the ground, maintaining tension and a straight line from shoulders to toes.
