Perform a set every 2 min)

Power Snatch + Heaving Snatch Balance (1 rep every 90 sec x 10 sets @ 70-80%. Increasing weight over the 10 sets to finish at 80%)

Snatch Pull (5×5 @ 95%
Perform 1 set every 2 min)
