**This class will have the same programming as Saturday HYROX. Athletes should not attend both classes back to back
We will still have Olympic Lifting Class from 9:00am – 10:30am on Sundays

– INTERMEDIATE –

– BEGINNER –

250/300-m row
15 AbMat sit-ups
15 alternating DB snatches (10/15 lb)
– MASTERS 55+ –

Pre- and post-workout accessory

Max strict pull-ups
– Perform one set before and one set after the workout

:30 scorpion stretch hold/side
