Intended Stimulus

✔ :15-:30 per set.

✔ Sprint-conditioning workout.

✔ 1:5 work-to-rest ratio to allow for maximum power output.

✔ If possible, perform on either an Assault or Echo bike.

✔ Score is slowest time.
