Pre-workout weightlifting skill:
5 sets:
1 snatch-grip-deadlift
1 snatch pull
1 hang snatch
1 below the knee snatch
Accumulate:
1:00 banded shoulder stretch/arm
Tues- Running intervals
Wed- Handstand walk/ air squats
Thurs- T2B, DB clean and jerks
Fri- Box step-ups/ Double unders
Sat- Deadlifts/ burpees/ strict pull-ups
Sun- thrusters/ run
