Made to Surprise Design Team Call!

    For the last 4 years, my DT Gemma has made tons of lovely cards to support the monthly Made To Surprise launches, but sadly, due to personal commitments, she is now stepping down.

    Although we speak regularly, I just wanted to publicly thank Gemma for everything she has done for me and the brand, and wish her every success with her new venture!

    Don’t be too sad tho, as she has promised she will be back and crafting again in the near future, and you can still find her featuring in your favourite craft magazines!

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    So, I’m on the hunt again for the next MTS design team member!

    WHAT I NEED FROM YOU!

    A creative, enthusiastic, and driven designer who can make TV-standard cards, take quality photos, share their wonderful cards on social media, and be a brand ambassador for the brand.

    Does this sound like you? If so, check out the full criteria below.

    • A UK-based individual with a passion for cardmaking and design.
    • Be able to create 6 quality kinetic/3D cards each month using MTS products to support launches and website inspiration.
    • To work closely with myself each month to ensure the same vision and colours are shown in the samples made.
    • Be able to blend & colour images with coloured pencils and/or alcohol markers.
    • To be able to produce card samples at short notice.
    • Be able to take quality photos if needed.
    • Have an active Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube channel to share your makes. (I can help with this, but a presence on 1 or more of those platforms will be a bonus!)
    • Be able to post all makes when requested directly to me or to HO.
    • Help to grow the MTS brand and offer advice, ideas, and support to others on the MTS social channels.

Please attach links to any active social media channels you may have, and any extra information you think will help with your application.

    I will be looking for the criteria listed above, and cards that stand out to me, so be creative, make sure you send nice, clear photos with appropriate backgrounds, and cards similar to the MTS style.

    Deadline for applications is the 4th of Jan 2026.
