Power clean + front squat + push jerk (10 x 1 @ 70-80%
Perform a set every 90 sec, increasing load. Aim to start at 70% and finish at 80%)
Every 90 sec x 4 sets @ 60-70%
Clean Pull (5×5 @ 95%
Perform a set every 2 min)
