Adding another HYROX class due to high demand!

Starting 2/1/26 Sundays 10:30am – Noon at CrossFit South Park

**This class will have the same programming as Saturday HYROX. Athletes should not attend both classes back to back

We will still have Olympic Lifting Class from 9:00am – 10:30am on Sundays

South Park – Olympic Lifting

Front Squat (5×3 @ 80%
Perform a set every 2 min)

Power clean + front squat + push jerk (10 x 1 @ 75-83%
Perform 1 set every 90 sec )

Every 90 sec x 4 sets @ 60-70%

Clean Pull (5×5 @ 100%
Perform a set every 2 min)
