Starting 2/1/26 Sundays 10:30am – Noon at CrossFit South Park
**This class will have the same programming as Saturday HYROX. Athletes should not attend both classes back to back
We will still have Olympic Lifting Class from 9:00am – 10:30am on Sundays

10 barrier get-overs (30/40 in)
– Partners alternate full rounds.

AMRAP 20 with a partner:
10/12-cal Echo bike
10 barrier get-overs (30/40 in)
– Partners alternate full rounds.
– BEGINNER –
AMRAP 20 with a partner:
8/10-cal Echo bike
10 box step-overs (12/20 in)

– MASTERS 55+ –

Post-workout accessory

15-20 GHD hip extensions
1 set:
1:00 foam roll quads/side
1:00 foam roll lats/side
Fri- Row/ Sit-ups/ DB Snatches
Sat- Front Squat (heavy), burpee, Power clean (heavy)
Sun- DU/ HSPU
