Tall Snatch (10x 2 reps
complete 1 set every 90 sec

Starting in standing position, pull yourself under the bar into an overhead squat in one motion. Goal is to not pull the bar “up”, but to move yourself around the bar.

High Hang Snatch + Snatch (10 x 1 @ 60%
Complete 1 set every 2 min)

Snatch Balance + OHS (10 x 1 @ 60%
Complete 1 set every 2 min)

Jump Lunges (3 x 10)
