Rise up to triple extension, pause, and drop to bottom of front squat

High hang clean + Clean (1 set every 90 sec x 10 sets @ 60%)

Push Press + Push Jerk (1 set every 90 sec x 10 sets @ 60%)

Drop Jump (3×10)
